So I'm 16 days post partum with my first and I have a question for you ladies who've given birth before. My lochia was super heavy the first few days, then started to taper off and lately I've had barely any spotting and then this morning after my shower, I noticed a LOT of bleeding again. For those of you who have already given birth and used cloth postpartum pads, how many do you recommend having on hand? I realize that postpartum flow varies tremendously, but I am unsure of how many pads to order. I will likely do laundry every second day (or every day if necessary), if that helps.

I checked the list of links to other communities and couldn't find it. Is there a place to ask questions about pregnancy related things for after the baby is here? Its not questions about child care for parenting or a bad birth experience. Just questions about our bodies going back to I guess a normal, pre-pregnancy state?
